How to Really End Your Stress! – Change your thinking with "ActivInsight"
This is a must if you want to end your stress. It is a tool that I use regularly in my practice and when it is embraced used regularly (daily) it has the power to transform your life. It is simple and very effective.
It is a worksheet that you fill out in your own time and examine your beliefs. Any belief can be examined and Andrew Bernstein, the developer of ActivInsight, says that insight is what changes us. From my own experience I call this Thinking in Reality. Click here it is very easy to do and it is self explanatory.

I have several clients a month who describe a partner or boss/manager that fits the personality characteristic of Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
