Anxiety Counselling

With more than 30 years of clinical experience, David brings extensive knowledge and depth to his work with anxiety and related concerns.

Therapy is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs and circumstances, drawing from multiple evidence-based approaches rather than relying on a single therapeutic model.

This may include:

  • Schema Therapy and Chairwork – which can offer additional ways of understanding long-standing patterns and emotional responses

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – to assist with developing practical coping strategies

  • Psychodynamic approaches – to explore underlying emotional factors, where appropriate

These approaches are used flexibly, depending on individual needs, with therapy focusing on developing emotional awareness and practical coping strategies within a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment.
