Individual Counselling The current Medicare rebate is $98.95 per session. Eligible clients can access up to 10 counselling sessions per calendar year under a GP Mental Health Care Plan. A referral from your GP is required to claim a Medicare rebate. Couple Counselling Couples therapy is not eligible for Medicare rebates.

If you have private health insurance, we recommend checking directly with your insurer regarding rebate eligibility, as cover varies between funds and policies. For private health claims, item numbers are as follows: Individual counselling: 100 & 200 Couples counselling: 300
